Our Growing Minds Support Team provides dedicated support and behavioural science to empower neurodivergent individuals and children living in Victoria to thrive in mainstream education. In many ways, mainstream education does not possess the capacity to teach in nuanced, person-centred approaches that are required to build understanding for these individuals. Our support methods and behaviour management services provide evidence-backed behavioural psychology to equip neurodivergent children with the understanding, social skills and confidence to thrive.
To achieve this goal, our practitioners create supportive environments for neurodivergent individuals grounded in their school and home life. Our mission is to ensure every individual is heard, respected, and empowered to express their needs in positive ways.
